Mission Statement

"And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."— John 8:32

Christian Believers Fellowship (CBF)

  1. CBF stands on the firm conviction that the Holy Bible is the only inspired message from God, containing His plans and wishes for mankind. (II Timothy 3:16-17)
  2. The primary purpose of CBF is to provide an atmosphere of freedom in which God’s Word can be diligently searched to discern His plans and instructions for our lives. (Galatians 5:1)
  3. To this end, services consist of corporate devotional worship with “psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs” to the glory of God; preaching and teaching through sermons, Bible study, question-and-answer sessions, workshops, praise and prayer services, and counseling as vehicles of instruction. (Ephesians 4:11-13; 5:19-20; Psalm 150)
  4. Christian fellowship and brotherly love are extended to all who seek to know the will of God. Faith in Jesus Christ as personal Savior is the bond of this fellowship. (Acts 2:42; Romans 12:10; I John 1:7; Galatians 3:26-28)
  5. Charitable and evangelistic work outside of CBF shall be conducted as directed by the church as a whole. Individual charitable and evangelistic ministries are encouraged. (Galatians 6:10; Ephesians 2:8-10)
